About Rebecca

I'd describe my personality as energetic, compassionate, and responsible I started working with kids when I became an older sister! My parents always joke about how I was my younger sisters second mom. From a young age I have had a maternal instinct that had continue to show through my time being a camp counselor and a babysitter throughout my life. One thing you should know about me is that I have a lot of experience working with children (and teens) with special needs. This experience includes volunteer work, high school settings, camp counselor, and my minor at Vanderbilt University. It has taught me a plethora of knowledge including problem solving skills, anticipating needs, responsibility, etc. These skills and experiences have also helped me in roles with children who do not have additional support needs as well. I believe this is important to know about me as these experiences have had a deep impact on who I am and my ability to watch your child.
