About Rebecca

As a volunteer for the local animal shelter for many years now, I do my best to socialize animals in need of love and care until they they find their forever homes. I am now a foster mom for 1 mama cat and her 5 kittens, until they're all old enough to be adopted. My passion for animals has also taken me across the globe to Zimbabwe to volunteer at a wildlife orphanage for a month taking on tasks like feeding/walking baby Vervet Monkeys and helping raise a baby antelope among many other things. I currently have 10 animals living in my farm-type home that include dogs and cats though we have had cows, sheep, chickens, pet rats, fish, and a turtle dove.
