Compassionate & Reliable Pet Lover! Hello, my name is Phyllis, and I have had the pleasure of being raised with animals all my life, from dogs, cats, horses, cows, ducks, chickens, and other little creatures my kids brought home when they were little. While living in Arkansas for the past 13 years, I have left my mark in Yellville, a small rural town, and started a no-kill animal shelter as there was no shelter in the county.
