About Paula

I have always had one or more dogs in my home. At one point, my husband and I were blessed with four Golden Retrievers and one Basset Hound. We took all four Goldens through many training classes, resulting in competing in various trials and reaching numerous achievements! (Our Basset was "too cool for school".) I have worked in a doggy daycare facility as a daycare room monitor, managing anywhere from 12 to 20 dogs by myself for several hours at a time. I learned how to navigate different dogs and their varying personalities. I feel I have a great grasp on reading what a dog needs and wants, and I love to keep them happy and comfortable.
