Nicole, was an outstanding employee in every way. She was prompt, helpful and insightful in the day-to-day challenges in life and rearing children. She made challenging or concerning issues seamless and handled them with ease. She communicates very well and connected well in our family. She took awesome care of our 110lbs dog and was always easy to reach. We truly appreciate Nicole and if the circumstances were different she would still be with us. However, we are moving two hours away and this was the only reason she is still not with us. I would hire Nicole again.
