Nicholas is a very kind, considerate and mindful professional. He is a dog-lover (which is essential) and was helpful in acclimating our fear-phase older puppy (8 months) to walking in our neighborhood that has no sidewalks, lots of landscaping trucks and noises in the background, many other dog-walkers. He was recommended to us by a neighbor who had been using him at least 2-3 years with similarly wonderful experiences.
