I initially hired Monica in 2016 on Care.com to care for my 91 year old father. She cared for him for about a year, but then she had a baby and we lost touch for a while. In the past year, we re-connected and she has been working with my sister, who is disabled with both speech and mobility issues. She also cared for my sister's blind, elderly dog until he recently passed away. Monica has been completely dependable, caring, and practical. She keeps me well-informed, and she has been great at noticing and flagging important issues. My sister loves Monica's visits, and looks forward to going on short walks with her, going shopping, or doing crafts projects together. Monica has been reliable about taking my sister to medical and dental appointments, and reporting back to me about the outcomes. I trust Monica completely, and would recommend her without any hesitation to anyone looking for a warm, reliable, and knowledgeable caregiver.
