LeSae was our nanny for the past year for our daughter from the time she was 7 months old til 19 months old and we couldn't have been more lucky to have found her. She is honestly one of the best nannies anyone could have, and I speak from having been a nanny myself years ago. She was always on time, completely dependable and trustworthy. She loved our daughter and truly became a part of our family. She was also so proactive on making sure our daughter was hitting her milestones developmentally as well as finding activities for them both to do and how to get there. If there was a concern about T., she would communicate clearly with us so that we could all figure out an approach to helping navigate any issues. As a much added bonus, she is an incredible photographer and would send me many pictures of our daughter via text while I was at work. We still have LeSae over to help with nights anytime we can and any family would be lucky to have her as their nanny.
