I learned compassion for all kinds of animals coming from so many different backgrounds. I provide dog/dog walker, and cat/dog sitting at my home, overnight care or I can come to your home. I live in Altadena with my 17 1/2 yr old terrier mix, 24 pounds, friendly, loves people, and sleeps a lot. I keep a healthy home environment that is safe and nurturing. I am honest and reliable. I live near Allen Ave & New York Dr. . I love dogs of all sizes. When I walk a dog I can see how happy it makes them feel to get exercise and sunshine. I have a safe car, and I do not smoke. Laurie is the definition of dependable! She treated my father like family, even sleeping sitting up one night so she would not miss him calling for her if he needed anything after a surgery. She is such a delight that I always looked forward to seeing her. She was a team member in my father's care and always ran all decisions by me and my father but was also able to proactively organize his doctors' appointments, medications and general care, in the background, which took an enormous pressure off of my shoulders. She is so incredibly hardworking and thoughtful. And she even took over the care of four family rabbits. She is an amazing person and the best caregiver with whom I have worked. I never worried about my father's safety under her care. She is a gem.
