I have been caring for our family pets for over 35 years. I have often been called upon by friends to care for their pets while they travel or are working extended hours to care for their pets. I have found that many times, I've had the same need for exceptional pet care services and had nowhere to turn! I'm a single parent and my daughter now lives and works in LA and I have found that I have extra time on my hands! I have had fur kids (aka pets) for 32 years and that ranged from little to quite large! Our family has had a tiny Shih Tzu, 3 German Shepherds, 3 Labrador Retrievers and a rescue Great Dane! I currently have a rescue German Shepherd (6 years old) and 5 cats of which 4 rescue cats (raised from 3 hours old) along with my daughter/s cat! Yes, I am a foster failure. I fostered for the ARL in Pgh. I know how important they are and that they are members of your family! Im here to offer you the same companionship, quality care and services that I provide my own pets!

I needed a person to care for my 2 cats and 1 dog during a recent surgery; both cats are 'special needs' in that they must be fed with supplements due to health conditions, and my dog is a recent rescue, so I was looking for someone that exhibited the right amount of caring and concern for these issues. After meeting Helen, I was totally confident in her; she and her assistant not only provided excellent care for my furkids, but assisted me with getting to and from the hospital. She kept me informed of her schedule, and worked with many changes and 'quirks' in the schedule for my pets. She has a very comfortable and nurturing demeanor and was very good and actually 'loving' in caring for them. I know they will miss her visits.
