I took care of 7 dogs on daily basis for 2 years for a family member, and one of those dogs were epileptic and needed his meds administered daily. I have a dachshund of my own who is very loved and cared for. He is my family, and I will treat your fur babies as such while they're in my care. I know it's hard, having a pet and having to leave them, and it's also hard on them.
