We hired Glenda part time to care for our 9 month old baby girl and she has been a wonderful fit for our family. What stands out to me about Glenda is her flexibility and availability. Glenda is a hard worker and despite her busy schedule with school and working for another family regularly, she makes herself available whenever we need her, which has been extremely helpful. I also love that Glenda takes instructions well and seriously. She has a very calm, quiet personality which works great in our home. She is also wonderful with our active Australian Shepherd. We went out of town a few weeks ago and she agreed to dog/cat sit, which she did great with as well. Glenda goes out of her way to wash dishes while baby naps which is much appreciated after a long work day, we never asked her to do that so it's a nice touch. I would definitely recommend Glenda to a friend!
