About Emily

I am 26 years old and have been caring for children and animals for over a decade. Besides caring for the children in my own family, I have nannied for many families on both coasts and have volunteered as a teacher's assistant at an elementary school. I've looked after children from newborns to 12 years old. I am CPR and first aid certified, do not smoke, have my own car as well as my commercial driver's license. As far as pets, I grew up with all sorts of them! I currently have a pup that I fully trained myself, and spend time working/volunteering with animals so I am very comfortable with them. I've worked at a butterfly atrium, reptile museum, a doggy daycare, and safari where I got to spend most of my time with a giraffe! I have done volunteer work at exotic animal sanctuaries, farms and ranches.
