Deb has nannied full time for our now almost five year old, since she was only a 2.5 months old infant! Now that she is in preschool we are sad to see this stage ending. She treats our child like family and we trust her with all our hearts. She has been dependable and flexible. She has been very resilient and able to pivot towards whatever our child needed. She is respectful and consistently checked in on what our needs were. She always stayed consistent with our routine/parenting style and was never intrusive. She offers great advice when solicited. The one on one interaction she has provided has truly gone a long way with our daughters development and education. She also chips in quite a bit with laundry, meals, housekeeping, and feeding our cat! We will truly miss her being part of our every day but she's like an aunt to our child, we will surely stay in touch.
