About Candice

Hi there! My name is Candice and I have plenty of experience caring for pets, but mostly the canine variety. I am an experienced dog walker & have volunteered at a local shelter as a volunteer trainer. The program was designed to help dogs with problem behaviors feel more safe and sociable. I hope to become certified as a professional dog trainer at some point, but until then I'd like to get as much experience and contacts as I possibly can! I have worked with many mixed breed dogs, but also shepherds, Akita, huskies, and a crazy but lovable Pitbull bulldog mix. I am not deterred by size, history, or temperament. Each dog has a unique personality & sometimes it just takes someone to understand that to allow an uptight or aggressive-tendency pup to relax and feel safe. I am a flexible person, and would be willing to board at your home, but can also board at my home with some considerations. Feel free to reach out so we can chat about your needs with no pressure.
