I hate to write a negative review, but I don't want any parents to have to go through the same situation as I did. I hired Brynn for a single day a couple months ago and there was no issue. I had her scheduled for two days this past week. On Saturday afternoon she texted me that she was out of town for the weekend and "just realized" she couldn't babysit on Monday. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience. I also had her scheduled to work Thursday and reached out to her the day before to confirm she was still going to babysit. I texted her twice, called one, and left a message on care.com (which showed she had been active 2 hours prior). I didn't get any response and was forced to find a last minute babysitter for the second time in a row. We have had great success with care.com, but unfortunately Brynn has proved to be unreliable.
