About Ashley

I'd describe my personality as eccentric, bubbly, and passionate. I like working with animals because animal care is something I am passionate about. I myself own two cats and routinely take care of large animals. I'm looking for a job that can be flexible around my college schedule until I leave for home in May. I started working with animals when I was 11 years old, in 2013. I started working with horses as my hobby, but my family had a shih tzu as well. When I was younger, I had a specialized interest in dogs and dog breeds. I'm well informed on breed differences and genetic dispositions In my spare time, I like to take my cats on walks or car rides. My oldest is about 3 years old and loves going out with his harness and leash. One thing you should know about me is I know a lot of information about animals, and I have experience giving medications to special needs pets. My skills include leash training for cats, positive reinforcement, and body language awareness.
