Akiko is very reliable. She actively text me about my cat Hajimi while on boarding. Hajimi is a bit anxious getting to new environments at first while on boarding. Akiko took good care of my cat and alleviated Hajimi's anxiety. Akiko is generously share her cats' food and toys with my cat. Overall experience is excellent while we are on vacation and need someone to take care of our cat.
