We own a Health Care practice and hired Ginny and she nannies for about a year! My youngest was about 9 weeks old and I was nursing still. I have 2 more children ages 8 and 10 that she helped with as well. Ginny was perfect from the start! My favorite memory of her was when I kept seeing a diaper at the top of the changing table. I kept moving it back with the other diapers and thought why is this diaper always here. I finally asked why the diaper was there and Ginny said, "its there to make sure his head is comfortable while I change him". After she walked away I started to tear up! How did we get so lucky to find someone so caring???!!?!? It's small things like that and many more that made Ginny so wonderful. She went WAY above and beyond to make sure our children were taken care of! We gave her 2 raises without her asking because she was THAT good! Sadly, she had to move away! She has become a part of our family and we will always stay in touch with her!
