I found Tammy through Care.com for assistance with organizing my home. Tammy's level of professionalism, reliability & work ethic are second to none. She is self-directed & motivated, always far exceeding my expectations. She is incredibly efficient & there is no job or task beneath her to help you. On a personal level, Tammy was/is compassionate, non-judgmental & supportive in ways I had not even considered I needed. She took time to get to know me & provided individualized & in-depth service to me that inspired & motivated me to overcome my own personal obstacles. In the end, the combination of her professionalism & inherently intuitive & compassionate approach, I found Tammy's contributions to my home & life invaluable. I found myself employing her essentially full time for over 3 months in order to keep her until the work just ran out. I now have her booked in for ongoing maintenance & cannot imagine what my life would be like without her. I could not recommend Tammy more strongly.
