Tammy is a good cleaner. For cleaning skills she did well. But when it came to setting up the beds in our rental and putting out the towels for our guests her attention to detail was not present. The bed was not made close to proper. The towels were thrown up on the shelves in disarray. Half the towels were put out. I have written policies and procedures. Everything is spelled out and I train my staff before letting them loose on their own. When I tried to give her feedback and set up a retraining she resigned.
