I was really grateful for her help. I made sure to tell her how appreciative we were every visit, she worked with us for 2-3 weeks. However, I went to text her today about service next week and received a messaged that she had blocked me. I find this alarming bc there was never any clue or communication attempt if we had done something wrong or if she was just no longer interested in the job. It's upsetting and disappointing to simply be ghosted with no explanation. furthermore I now need to adjust our week to accommodate the lack of a housekeeper with no notice.
