About Penny

I had the pleasure of meeting Penny G. about three years ago when I first arrived in Augusta to work at the Army base. She is a remarkable woman who raised four caring and loving male children on her own. She is meticulous, diligent, honest, and dedicated to anything that she sets her mind to. And in terms of care giving, her years of experience as a mom really shine through. Though she did not do care giving for me specifically, I would say that nanny-sitting my dog qualifies. She is extremely kind and generous and loving with my little Luna. I also witnessed her care giving for a patient with Alzheimer's. As a physician, I applaud her patience and commitment. She did everything from orienting the patient, maintaining active contact and interaction, and then, there are all the little touches such as painting her nails and washing her hair. Miss penny, as she is called, also does regular house cleaning for me. And she is a little windstorm that it is efficient and conscientious and thorough. Truly, I have found a her to be an amazing worker. And I am lucky enough to call her my friend. Anyone would be lucky to employ her.
