Norma is kind, thoughtful, great at communication and has helped maintain my home. She works hard and is focused on ensuring our house is clean. We use her services bi-weekly and while I haven't had her do a deep cleaning, I can say her weekly services are thorough. She will also focus on what is needed (changing the sheets, blinds, kitchen dishes) and has done so with a great attitude. I highly recommend Norma and have already referred her to friends that are also using her services with good results. She is very dog and child friendly as well!
