Niky was hired when my son was 3 months old, and worked with us until a bit over a year during the recent pandemic (2020). Had I not lost my job, we would have kept her on/brought her back. She was great with him as a newborn - followed detailed instructions for eating and sleeping. As he grew, she worked through those changes and helped with sleep training! She taught him ways to communicate with us at a young age which was incredible. She was very open and communicated with us throughout the day when necessary. As her post says, she is great with babies, takes care of everything revolving around child care, did all of his laundry, and even helped around the house with light housework (straightened up, did the dishes, and even a little more when I needed - without being asked!). My son adored her!
