Nicole was warm but inexperienced, and not thorough. Light/patchy cleaning. She shared that she used non-toxic products but kept asking met solution ratios to use, She fumed us out with overpowering oils in both our main bathrooms, didn't have most supplies (and some were expired?), and kept interrupting me throughout the day when I made it clear I was on calls. After she left, I vacuumed up 2 entire vacuums of dirt and re-cleaned almost all dusting surfaces as she maybe got the first 40% only of the ones she touched. I wish her all the best but if you are detail-oriented - not a good fit.
