Ngoc Anh is very nice and arrived on time. Unfortunately, although she says she has experience with housekeeping, after her first day working for us, I came home to a very messy kitchen. All she did was run the dishwasher with the dishes I had previously loaded. She didn't wash the any of the dishes in the sink or the pots on the stove. She didn't take out the recycling. The next day, I was there to supervise and she worked very slowly and was about to leave before doing things I asked her to do: wipe down the dining table and put away the rice. Would not recommend if you're a busy professional who needs things to get done.
