Natasha is unprofessional and isn't dependable. I hired her to come every other week to clean for 4 hours. We agreed on a price but she said the 1st time she would need extra $ and she would stay a little longer to catch up the poor cleaning the previous cleaners had done. She came and worked hard but she couldn't stay the extra time because she had to pick up her daughter. I still paid her the extra money for working so hard but she didn't even finish, she only cleaned about 1/2 the house. She came 2 weeks later and worked hard again and she even stayed a little longer but still didn't finish it. I still paid her the extra money. We discussed her return in 2 weeks which would be a week after I was to have major surgery. Two weeks later, NO SHOW! I called her several times and left messages for her to call me back. She didn't respond. I messaged her through care.com and still no response. I was worried since we had an ice storm. At 6pm I texted her. She finally responded with "are you okay?". When I asked why she didn't come she said she was at work and hadn't put it on her schedule. I begged her to call me after work, but she never responded again. She left me high and dry and in a major predicament. The least she could have done was to be respectful and just say she didn't want the job. BEWARE!
