Where do I start? When I say Nina is one in a million, I am not over exaggerating in the least. Here's the background, I have four children between the ages of 13 and 18. I work full-time plus I have to passive income jobs on the side plus my husband works full time as a doctor so when I tell you my house is chaos I'm not joking not one bit. My house was getting out of hand and it was starting to lay down on me but I did not have energy to clean it or organize it or do anything. So I started looking around on Angies, handy, thumbtack even care. I had a couple nice girls come and do some cleaning but they did not do a thorough job plus they weren't very communicative with me so when I was trying to relate to them what I wanted done I just felt like they won't even listening or they said they heard me but yet they didn't do what I asked. I'm not here when they're cleaning so I was expecting to come home to clean house the first time I needed to stay in my expectations were not met. I gave it one last try and I came across Nina's profile and I felt Bliss reading her bio. Nina got me on calendar for later on that week she was very willing and flexible with getting me on her schedule. Cleaning Day! Nina worked 10 hours on the initial clean. She literally put together a game plan on how to tackle my house on what to do first what to do a second so on and so on and she put her plan into action. She timed each room and I have to say I'm so impressed with her time management skills. But her cleaning, I don't think I've ever had my house cleaned so well before. When I got home it smelled absolutely beautifully amazing. She was finishing up when I got home and she apologized for still being there and I told her she was absolutely silly to apologize. She explained with my size home and on the initial clean it does take more time but that the following cleaning sessions after that would be maintaining the cleanliness of my home. I was for sure not going to let her go so I immediately signed her agreement and she's been with us for 8 months now and it's been absolutely uplifting not just the appearance of my very clean home, but her customer service is 10/10 every time!! Trust me, you would be making a mistake if you pass Nina up.
