About Makenna

in my spare time, I like to do anything that is productive for the mind. whether that be reading a book or exercising I enjoy working on myself. I am working towards becoming a high school teacher. while in college I worked with my schools Office of Disabilities. I worked for a student who had cerebral palsy. I would do everything from getting her out of bed & getting her ready for the day to showering her & helping her to bed. I have worked in the classroom as well. throughout my high school years I teacher aided different grades. my sophomore year I was an aide for my freshman science teacher, mrs. monroe. my junior/ senior year I aided for my fifth grade math teachers class, mr. decker. both of those experiences helped me figured out my passion. both of those people taught me so much about what it means to help others. I love people, I love kids, I love animals & I especially love helping people! please feel free to ask anything, I love forward to building a great team together!
