Lidia fell short on her promise with me. She gave me a quote based on my job description (which had pretty good amount of detail for the job). It seemed a little low so I asked her one more time how she usually charges during the phone interview. She confirmed the price one more time with me so I hired her to give it a try. Her cleaning skill was acceptable with the price she gave me so I told her I want to work with her for weekly cleaning. However, she told me she had to charge almost 150% more than the initial quote because it's more work than she thought. Plus, she wanted to charge $15 extra for the laundry folding (which was already part of the job description) in addition to her new quote. She had no experience doing the housekeeping business on her own when she applied to me so she made a mistake of over promising something she cannot follow through. Also, I think she is overcharging for her experience level since her new quote was similar or more than way more experienced people. She might get better over time but my experience was pretty bad with her.
