Leah watched my son when he was 3 months old for a few months. She was dependable and reliable. Her energy is amazing, fun and positive, it is obvious that she loves what she does and it's not just a job for her. My son loved her and they bonded quickly. She understood his cues and knew what he wants, and reacted accordingly. They went on walks and played together. I was pumping breast milk for him while at work, and Leah followed my instructions regarding feeding amounts and frequency. She helped me make sure no breast milk was wasted, and when I got home from work she labeled the milk, put it away and took care of the pump and parts also which was a huge help. It was a pleasure having her in our home, she is part of the family.
