I called Kim for interview and she stood us up on a interview. I had to call her to find out if she got lost or something. She gave us personal reason. I decided to give her a second chance. She did show up at interview second time. I went over my expectation of house cleaning and schedule. She came first day as we scheduled. My husband and I were out on a date and our babysitter was home. Kim did not clean half of the home. After her clean up second morning my son was picking dirt from kitchen floor. Stove had all food particle. Bathroom floor was so dirty and toilets were still dirty. I send e-mail to her with my concern. Today she was suppose to come back and do better job. She never showed up or call us. I will never refer her to anyone. Thanks, Parina
