Scheduled an initial meet up with Kimberly to go over what needs to be done. Kimberly did not call or show even though we confirmed the night before. I contacted her to let her know I would be going with another provider, and she replied that she couldn't commit to the job. It would have been professional for her to communicate that rather than confirming.
