About Kenya

We hired Kenya to care for our 2-month-old son when I returned to work after maternity leave (which wasn't nearly long enough!). I was so nervous about having a stranger caring for him at such a young age. I wanted to hire someone who had experience and could possibly teach me a thing or two; as a new Mom, I felt like I was constantly fumbling. I got that and more with Kenya. She cared for our son like he was her own. So patient, so intuitive, and so kind. The whole family took to her and appreciated the high level of care she was providing. As hoped, she also taught me a few tricks. How to work the gas out of his belly, promote good head and neck control, and above all, she made me comfortable leaving my beloved child in her care. Throughout her day, she also found ways to help us around the house. Picking up, doing dishes, and even a load of laundry here or there. Kenya is a warm welcome addition to our family, and I would recommend her to anyone!
