HI, I'm Kate! I have been Housekeeping/Cleaning/Organizing etc for many years, and for about 1 year here on Care. com. Unfortunately, the website seems to have a glitch, and only my very first review actually went through to be visible. I've had multiple clients attempt to leave me reviews and each time it glitches and isn't visible. I guess it is what it is lol, but I can provide references to anyone who needs them. This website also requires "caregivers" to state an "hourly rate", but I should point out that most cleaning businesses and individuals do not work for hourly rates, but rather on a flat-rate per job. I will state my going rates here: Regular cleaning = . 10cents per square foot, Deep cleaning = . 20cents per square foot, Luxury housekeeping = . 20cents per square foot. There is a specific list of tasks assigned to each of these categories, and tasks outside of those categories are charged separately.
