Kaitlyn is amazing! We hired her to help with watching our three young boys (aged 6, 2 1/2 and 1) during the weekdays when we had to work late. She is always early and highly communicative about timing so it was easy to coordinate schedules. She also ensured house rules were followed, she got the kids, fed, bathed, and into bed (no small task with our littles!), and she even brought fun activities for them to do together. Oh, and she would always tidy up the house before we got home, which made it so much more relaxing to walk through the door! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for someone to watch their family.
