Jessica was an aide to my 83 year old sister, at home and at an assisted living facility. Jessica came to our home for 5 hours, three times weekly. She is a self starter - doing what was needed without prompting and carried out whatever was asked. Among many aides over the years, Jessica was my sister's favorite, the only one she allowed to bathe her. My sister's mobility was limited by chronic back pain restricting her to a wheelchair and more to bed. She is now in an assisted living facility. Jessica is the only aide whose continued care she requested. She comes to the facility once weekly, keeping her company, taking care of needs the facility can't supply, remaining a strong support system. Jessica is gentle, kind, patient, good humored, wise, great bedside manner, skills in patient care that she learned in training in physical therapy. We recommend her to any job dealing with healthy, ill, sane or demented - a gem that anyone would be fortunate to hire.
