About Heather

I have 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including formal training in sanitation. I worked for The Cheesecake Factory for the last 12 years, including 5 years as a manager, leaving in December with glowing recommendations from my staff as well as my bosses. I have recently moved back to Indiana to assist my parents with a reconstruction on their home to move in my grandparents. I am an extremely hard worker, observant and detailed. I am familiar with health and safety standards including Covid-19 protocols. I consider my strengths in organization and problem/solution scenarios and I am capable of making professional decisions with or without prompting. I like clear expectations and communicate well with companies as well as individuals. I am self driven, motivated, and open to constructive criticism. My schedule is flexible and I have transportation. I look forward to the opportunity that lies ahead.
