I live in San Jose, I am a father of 3 little ones and I have a full time job (Hybrid) as an Executive Assistant. I have a bachelor degree from University of California, Sacramento in Business Management/Administration. I can help with the followings: Schedule appointments and maintain complex calendars Schedule and coordinate meetings Collate and distribute mail Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping Booking and managing travel (flights, hotel, car services etc) Running Errands Order catering for internal/external meetings.
