Erica did an amazing job caring for 2 of our kids. She was unbelievably accommodating and incredibly reliable/flexible. We only needed her short term but wished we still needed her ... she was amazing. She was also able to assist us during a very dire extended child care situation and went above and beyond to help us out. We are so grateful for her. 200% recommend her.
