Lena was referred by a family friend who employs her for housekeeping and other activities she needs assistance with. My mother was at home, bed bound Hospice for several months. She was unable to steady/coordinate her hands to feed herself or drink. I had bad experiences with agencies so Lena was an absolute God send. She took amazing care of my mother who felt safe with Lena. In addition, the house was sparkling when I came home, a bonus. She is self directed and takes initiative. I still have Lena come to help me sort 'stuff', the keep, donate, sell. I am easily distracted and wander off task, I rely on her to keep me focused :-).
