she is very kind and knows how to treat kids. my kids loved her for the short time she was with us. in the 2 weeks she worked for us she was sick after the first 2 days then next week worked great until Friday came along and she said she had some car trouble and haven't heard from her since. I would say she is wonderful when she is working, but dependable, she is not. Hopefully, the next people she works for, she'll change her work ethic.
