Cristina applied for a housekeeping job with us a few weeks ago and, after a phone interview, agreed to an in-person interview. When I wrote to confirm it, she changed it to a virtual meeting, didn't show up on Zoom, and didn't respond to messages via text or care.com about what happened to her even though I can tell she has read the messages. She obviously does not respect my time and is the opposite of professional, dependable, or reliable.
