After messaging through Care.com and then through several text messages, Christine set a time and date to start my position. After delaying the start of my own job to show her the ropes and waiting over an hour -- including texting Christine twice -- she was a complete NO SHOW. No response to my text messages; no head's up that she couldn't make it. I know some of these applicants are young but you can still be respectful and considerate. NO EXCUSES for this!!!!
