I think this site does a disservice to potential caregivers or those looking for a position because it demands a review from an employer who has messaged the caregiver, even if there was no further interaction or the person didn't get hired. I certainly can't give a 5 star for someone who doesn't even acknowledge a message (and the site shows that they've actually seen it, along with the date and time, and it's been more than a week), but I'm not going to give a 1 star, either. Basically, the site is requiring a review of a caregiver who has ignored and not replied to an employer, and I think it's a broken system, so take this "review" with that in mind. This person was messaged, the site indicates they saw it, and there was not any type of reply or even an acknowledgement. Simple as that. Hopefully they work out for you.
