I absolutely love cleaning and organizing. I believe that your home should be your safe space when you can come and relax. It can be difficult when your space is unorganized because often times that stress can overlap into other areas of your life. I think the cleaner and more organized your space is will translate to your every day well-being because it starts in the home. I am a very visual person and I believe that once a space is clean and visual appealing it can relieve a lot of stress and allow for more creativity and free time.
