About Zakiya

I have cared for newborns for 9 years from various ethnic and social backgrounds. I have held an Infant Assistant Teacher's position and moved into being a nanny in 2016. I am proficient in caring with infants at different developmental stages, as well as helping them to reach the next stage in their development. I am currently pursuing a career as a Newborn Care specialist, so I want to make my profession one that allows me to always assist Infants and parents I have worked overnight with newborns to allow parents to recharge and get rest. I am currently looking for a full-time daytime position or part-time overnight position with a wonderful family. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
