We had the privilege of having Yulisa as our nanny for our 6 month old daughter. Yulisa is extremely patient, consistently reliable, always punctual, and a thoughtful caregiver. Our daughter has high anxiety with difficulty around strangers, Yulisa made her feel secure, safe and loved and thus embrace her curiosity and independence. A baby that didn't have a schedule, slept 30 min naps, refused a bottle and hated tummy time shortly was using a sippy cup, had a consistent schedule (1 hour to 1.5 hour naps), crawling all over and a super happy bubbly baby that wasn't scared of people. Well versed in child development, from her education, experience in daycare and private nannying. She offers a wealth of knowledge, particularly helpful as first time parents! I trust her wholeheartedly. She takes the time to understand childrens' needs/personality and it's evident in how strong the bond is between her and my daughter. She respects our parenting philosophies and recommends great advice!
