I love Children. I have been working in the preschool field for over 15 years in various schools such as Christian, Jewish Religion, Japanese and Korean. I am able to provide my own curriculum to teach monthly themes. I ensure children are well rounded on each subject: Math, English, Science, Music and Movement, Fine Motor, Large Motor etc. all depending on a play based environment and what's age appropriate. For discipline, I don't particularly believe in "time-out" but in redirecting and communicating to better choices. I am currently only available to work mornings until about 1-2 p.m. depending on the location.

During the time that Yoshiko work for our school, she was an excellent addition to our team. She is very hard working and always prepared. She has accumulated many teaching techniques over the years and has a very warm demeanor towards the children and her coworkers. She has excellent classroom management skills and also very willing to follow school policies and procedures. I would highly recommend Yoshiko as a teacher and caregiver.
